The general conditions of sale are concluded between the person making a purchase on the online sales site and the Company SILA Sport SAS. The person making the purchase must be of legal age.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The validation of the order by the customer implies the acceptance without any reserve of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.



Characteristics of the products

The characteristics of the products that you order are indicated on the pages of the site SILA undertakes to present the products as accurately as possible.

All the products offered are in conformity with French legislation.

Only the information on the product sheet is considered as proof between SILA and the buyer. This information can be modified or deleted by the seller SILA. 

Product Availability

The seller SILA undertakes to ship all products ordered and paid for by the buyer within the limits of available stocks.

If a product was to be out of stock after the finalization of the buyer's order, SILA will inform the customer by email or telephone and undertakes to offer him the choice:

- A refund equivalent to the value of the out of stock product

- A credit note equivalent to the value of the broken product, credited to the customer's account

- An exchange

Within the framework of a refund request, SILA undertakes to reimburse the client within a maximum of 7 working days from the day of the client's request. The refund will be made directly to the bank account used for the payment of the order.



The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, and do not include possible preparation and delivery costs.

The price is the one displayed on the product sheet at the date of purchase.

Delivery costs may be charged with your order depending on the total amount and the country of delivery of the order.

All transactions, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. The VAT included is the French VAT. Its current rate is 20.00.

In the event of a downward or upward change, this change would be immediately reflected in the prices. 

The company SILA Sport reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. 

The total price of the paid order includes :

- The total price of the products purchased, including all taxes, with any reductions deducted.

- The costs of preparation of the order

- The shipping costs of the order 


Price changes

In the context of commercial operations, flash sales or promotions, the prices displayed may temporarily decrease for a period of time indicated on the site.

These possible price decreases cannot be the subject of a request for reimbursement from the buyer if he had paid the product(s) at a higher price outside the promotion period. Conversely, SILA is bound to respect the prices displayed on the day of the validation of the order, including in case of an increase. 

Price display error

The prices displayed are subject to visible errors. In case of obvious error in the price display, SILA commits itself to contact the customer to inform him/her and to propose to him/her to pay the price difference or to cancel the order if he/she wishes to do so.


In order to validate his order, the buyer must follow several steps:

- He selects the products he wishes to buy on the site among the offer available on the site.

- He must create a customer account on the site by filling in the necessary information (name, first name, physical address, telephone number, email).

- The buyer validates the information relating to his order (products, price, address).

- The buyer chooses the type of delivery and the method of payment he wants.

- The buyer validates his order via a secure payment module (SSL).

- The buyer receives an email confirmation of his order. 




Except in exceptional cases, all products in an order for a destination in France will be delivered in one go. The products will be delivered to the address of a point HERE RELAIS that the customer will have chosen from a precise list.

For orders including one or more products unavailable at the time of shipment, SILA reserves the right to ship the order without the unavailable products. In this case, the buyer will be reimbursed or credited with a credit note equivalent to the amounts of the unavailable products. 

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must check the condition of the products he has purchased.



Delivery Method

For the orders with a delivery in metropolitan France, the delivery will be carried out in point  ICI RELAIS.


Delivery time

The delivery time for France (excluding holidays and weekends) will be between 3 and 4 working days.

The delivery time is understood to be from the dispatch of the order from SILA's premises. 


The delivery times announced on the site are valid from the moment the customer receives the email confirming his order.

For a delivery in relay point, the customer has 15 days to come and collect his package after notification by email of its availability. After this period, the package will be sent back to SILA who will contact the customer again. In the absence of response, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed within the framework of the right of retraction. 

For payments by check, the announced delivery time is the date of cashing of the check by SILA. 

Delivery rates

Delivery rates in metropolitan France are 5.95 € ttc.  

Shipping costs include all taxes. The amount of the shipping costs is visible on the page " SUMMARY CART " in the shopping tunnel and corresponds to the line " Shipping costs incl. VAT ".


The products can only be returned within the framework of the right of retraction. The customer has 7 working days from the date of receipt of his order to make his return request by contacting Customer Service. He then has 30 days to return the products. For any return request, it is mandatory to contact the SILA Customer Service before returning any products. If this is not done, the return request cannot be processed upon receipt.

To make a return, it is necessary to validate the terms and conditions of the return with Customer Service.

3 Possibilities :

- Product exchange

- Creation of a credit note on the customer's SILA account, to be deducted from your next purchase.

- Refund of the product 

- Stick the prepaid label, received following your request to and clearly indicate the contact information and the order number.

 Returned products can only be tried on (not worn to training or washed) and gifts offered with the products must also be returned (present on the invoices and order history).  


Under the right of withdrawal, the customer has 7 working days from the date of receipt of his order to make his request for return by contacting Customer Service. He then has 30 days to return the products. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products.  

WARNING, no right of retraction is possible on personalized products.



All orders are inclusive of all taxes. To finalize his order, the customer will have to pay by credit card, check or bank transfer.


For all defective products or for an error in product delivery on our part, a credit note or a refund of all sums received (product + shipping costs + return shipping costs, based on the rates of La Poste) will be offered to the customer.

Credit notes and discount coupons are not applicable to paper orders.  



Textiles, glasses and accessories are guaranteed for 1 year.

SILA guarantees its products against any manufacturing defect. Any SILA product returned under warranty and recognized as defective by SILA, will be replaced within 8 working days by an identical or superior model.

Products returned for inspection must be sent postage paid to our warehouse (address below), accompanied by a dated proof of purchase and a letter explaining the reasons for the return.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, negligence, mistreatment or damage resulting from exposure of the product to excessive temperature.

The data collected on the site are for purely internal use and allow us to process orders. SILA refuses any disclosure of this information. You agree to give your consent to such use of nominative data. In application of the French Data Protection Act of 6/01/1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and object to the data recorded concerning him/her. This right of rectification may be exercised at any time by mail sent to our address. 


Commercial offers are exclusively reserved and applicable on the SILA website, except for special mentions.


This contract is subject to French law, the language of the contract is the French language. Any dispute arising in connection with the application or interpretation of this contract shall be submitted to the French courts, which shall have sole jurisdiction.
