You have up to 7 work days after receiving your product to contact our customer service if you wish to return a product. You then have 30 days to return the product.
The return process usually takes maximum 5 days.

CAREFUL, it is mandatory that you contact our customer service before returning a product, if this hasn't been done, we will not be able to proceed with your return when we receive it.
Before calling our customer service, please make sure to have your order number with you, it will be required to start the return process.

- Creation of a credit note on your silasport.com account, deducting the amount off your next purchase.

Conditions of return:
Outside of metropolitan France, all return transport fees are at the customer's charge.
Returns are available only once per order.
If a client wishes to get a refund, transport fees will be deducted from the refund. If the transport fees were offered, the refund will see itself deducted of 5.95 euros, price of the transport fees our company paid.
If a client wishes an exchange, a refund or a credit note on one of the products in an order of multiple articles, any advantage provided by the addition of that product to the order can be cancelled, this matter might result in a commercial negotiation with SILA Sport.
Products that have been more than tried on, meaning worn at training and/or washed cannot be returned.
Any goodies offered with the products must also be returned (goodies appear on the invoice).
