To simplify your return, please contact our Customer Service before returning your order. Please have your order number ready, it will be requested when we take your call. If you make your return without contacting us we invite you to specify the reasons for your return and what you want.

 

RETURN METHODS :

 

Solution 1: RETURN COSTS REIMBURSED 

For any product or order over 150€ including VAT, your return shipping costs are covered by SILASPORT.

Thus, 2 possibilities will be proposed to you:

1/ Size exchange for the same product

2/ Creation of a credit note valid for a future purchase

 

Solution 2: STANDARD RETURN

For any product or order with a value of less than 100€ including VAT, the return costs are at the customer's expense.

Thus, 3 possibilities will be proposed to you:

1/ Size exchange for the same product

2/ Creation of a credit note valid for a future purchase

3/ Refund (valid for 30 days after initial purchase only)

CONDITIONS OF RETURN :

The return of a product/order is available only once. A flat rate reshipment fee may apply for additional returns.

In the event of a request for an exchange, credit note or refund on an item from a multi-item order, any benefit due to that item may be waived. This action may lead to a business discussion with SILASPORT.

Outside metropolitan France, the shipping costs of a return will be charged to the customer.

For the exchange shipment, a change of carrier may be made by SILASPORT, depending on the original carrier.

If during an exchange you want a different product, we can credit you with a credit note in order to place a new order of the product of your choice.

ATTENTION:

Product returns are made only on products that have been tried on. No product used during a practice or washed can be returned.

Gifts given with products must also be returned (with proof of invoices and order history).

In the case of a refund, the product must be returned by the customer's own means. Upon receipt of the product in our warehouses, the refund will be made within 15 days maximum. 

SILASPORT will cover the cost of return shipping on all products, except for sale items, discontinued products and masks.
