*Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands. 

*Zone 2: Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy. 

*Zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland. 

*Zone 4: Specific territories of Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and in no case could the Seller’s liability be engaged in the event of non-compliance with delivery deadlines. For other countries than the one specified, the costs can vary according to the weight and destination of the orders. The amount is subject to the approval of the purchaser before validation of each order.

ORDER PREPARING DELAY

The lead times for order preparation are generally less than 48 working hours and the lead times for delivery to metropolitan France are usually 48 hours (2 working days). We are committed to making every effort to deliver the ordered products in the shortest possible time.

LATE DELIVERY

Any delays do not give you the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or claim damages and interest. Your order will be delivered at the address you entered while ordering. SILASPORT cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

Availability of products

If a product isn’t available but you’ve ordered it. SILA Sport is not responsible for any delays in the delivery, our team will, however, reach out to the client in order to find a quick and satisfying solution to the issue.
